A noter qu'il n'y avait qu'une serviette pour deux personnes...
Mais l'hôtel est noté avec parking, or quand on appelle pour vérifier qu'il y aura de la place, pas de réponse, à aucun des trois appels alors que j'ai laissé sonner 5 minutes.
Quand on arrive, il n'y a plus de place au parking, la réceptionniste s'en fiche et dit que le téléphone n'a pas sonné de tout l'après-midi. Puis plus tard à mon conjoint, elle dit qu'elle a été débordée tout l'après-midi... Bref, service client à fuir, aucune politesse ni aimabilité.
La literie et correct mais sans plus et il y a une borne de charge pas loin ça c'est pratique
Elle nous a proposé de payer une autre chambre si on souhaite !!! Pour une faute qui est pas la notre !
On a même demandé à parler à un responsable mais elle n'a pas voulu l'appeler comme quoi il est en congé..

La chambre que j'ai eu donne sur rue et les fenêtres fermaient mal donc très bruyante. Réveil avant 6h du matin assuré !
Attention si vous ne réservez pas en direct l'hôtel refusera de vous faire une facture.
