Moreover, they can be kept for whole months because they are only made of dry ingredients. They smell of orange blossom, just like the neighbourhood, literally embalmed by the smell of the bakery. Traditionally, they are eaten by candlelight. It's a matter of taste, but many say that you can find the best shuttles in town here.
