This patisserie in the Catalans district is a real nugget. The pastries you'll find here are a marvel of sweetness, balance and indulgence. In a beautiful new setting on Avenue Pasteur, you can enjoy these sweet little marvels on the spot. The Paris-Brest we tried was delicious, the cream light and the cabbage very fresh, with an addictive hazelnut crunch. Paéma has also become famous for its chouquettes filled with vanilla, chocolate, coffee or orange blossom cream.
