Georges and Nadine Di Cristo created this magnificent bakery more than 30 years ago and regalent from the people of Endoume and Malmush of frozen marrons, chocolates, white nougats and black, cute plateaux, macarons and almond pasta in forms of Animals… A caterer has been pleased to complement the offer of this excellent address. And during the holiday season, come and taste its oil pumps and the beginning of the year its tasty cakes of the traditional fruits of the country of Apt, unless you prefer its "Parisian" cakes to the crushed almonds on site…
