Grandson of the house Béchard, the famous Aixian pastry located on the Cours Mirabeau since 1870, the Touzet house is located on the Avenue du Prado near Castellane Square and offers the Marseillaises and Marseillais family recipes proudly representing the fifth generation of unmatched pastries: sweet-made calissounds, biscotines (hazelnuts surrounded by butter biscuit), merinate lemon pie, oil pump or butter put on the table of thirteen Christmas desserts. To accompany a coffee or tea, think of Christiane's famous ovens and financiers, and in season don't miss its superb fresh fruit pie. It also comes to the decay of breads, beautiful and good, and finally, especially for Alexander, the specialty of the house, a foam of almond and pralé. Please note that in the beautiful days you can take a seat on its lovely terrace for a small snack or a snack.
