La Responsable me promet de me donner des points sur le programme de fidélité en guise de dédommagement: j'attends toujours.
2eme nuit (dans une autre chambre): des voisins bruyants, j'ai dû faire intervenir la Réception.
A part cela, un emplacement idéal pour visiter Marseille et un petit déjeuner très copieux.
Personnel chaleureux, à l'écoute et aimable.
Petit-déjeuner correct.
Et emplacement idéalement situé, très très près de la gare...
