Une équipe charmante et aux petits soins dans un charmant petit hôtel ! La petite cour est un havre de paix! Notre nuit a été douce et reposante, Marseille nous manque déjà !

I can tell you everything about this hotel is bad ???? from the staff to the management they are all corrupt, i can tell you because i live beside. Every time clients with staff always argued from one problem to another, some times they are looking for there belongings. On Sunday 18/2/2024 i caught a girl with a lady who lived at the down floor of my building trying to break open my letter box to stole my wife phone ???? because she left it on the letter box, i tried to stop them but the fat girl was very rude i ask her if
she's live here she said know but she work at the Azur hotel. That she was ask by a lady to break open my letter box and stole the phone, I want to the management instead they said i was treating their staff, shame on them .

Ce dimanche 18 février, l'employée de jour de cet hôtel, s'est introduit dans le hall de mon appartement pour forcer ma boîte aux lettres pour dérober mon téléphone que j'avais laissé en partant !!!
Le tout en insultant mon mari resté sur place !!! Mais quel genre de personnel est employé par cet hôtel ! Aucune confiance, si elle ose s'introduire dans les bâtiments du voisinage pour voler je n'ose imaginer ce qu'elle peut faire dans les chambres des hôtes !!! Une véritable honte !!!

Superbe petit hôtel en plein centre. Très agréablement surprise. Rapport qualité-prix au top ???? Je recommande ????
La fenêtre de la chambre 21 donne sur les toits de Marseille, c'est très sympa !

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent (pour ne pas dire parfait) !
Le petit-déjeuner nous a été préparé en avance pour pouvoir prendre le train
A proximité de la gare et du métro donc facile de se déplacer.
La rue est assez calme même en soir de match.

Bon hotel pour une nuit. Bon emplacement, chambre propre, bonne literie et petit déjeuner varié. Un peu bruyant par rapport à la chambre au dessus ou sur le même palier.

Plusieurs générations se succèdent dans cet hôtel familial très bien placé à Marseille .Le personnel est adorable, petit jardin très agréable et la décoration de très bon goût .Les chambres sont bien arrangées pour un immeuble ancien, les chambres sont propres et le service impeccable.Le wifi est capricieux et il manque de quoi pendre les serviettes dans les salles de bain.
Les lits sont très confortables et nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit. Un merci tout spécial pour la gentillesse de cette dame qui nous a raconté l'histoire de cet hôtel et bien plus encore.

‼️BED BUG ALERT‼️ room 19

Was very worried about the bed bug situation before my trip to France and somehow this hotel gave me the worst nightmare. I was laying in the bed and at some point my face felt itchy, so I got up and saw the bed bug walking around by the head board. My first time ever got bitten by a bed bug thanks to this hotel.

The receptionist moved us to another hotel so we had to pack and move at 0am and move again the next morning. For the time and effort wasted they only compensate us with one breakfast. They provided us the “superior room” for the following days. The room was not superior at all. The hairdryer did not work, talked to the reception and said he will get back to us the next day, however the next day they still can not and was not bothered to get us a hair dryer. The service and the attitude was very poor.

One of the mornings we got waken up by cleaning lady brushing the floor against our door out loud at 7am. We could hear the receptionist shouting all night from our room due to the thin doors and walls. Sound proof was non existence.

Will definitely not come back and could’ve gotten something nicer with this price. Very bad experience.
