Taking over from Les Eaux de Mars, a renowned restaurant adored by Le Petit futé, Les Babines de Mars has opted for continuity, retaining the bistro spirit, with a virtually identical team and the same approach to offering delicate, sophisticated, seasonal cuisine without skyrocketing prices. At the helm of Les Babines is Igor de Prittwitz, a native of Lyon who has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the Rhône region and here in France. A demanding wine list completes the menu.
