This is the place to be for night owls in search of a good meal after having scoured the "rades" of the Old Port. Le Mas is almost always open until the early hours of the morning (Tuesdays until 3am, the rest of the week 5am/5.30pm). The menu consists of southern dishes, from daube to grilled figatelli, from spaghetti dish to Neapolitan style to supions à la provençale. Good eaters will fall back on entrecote, beef filet, leg of lamb or the excellent tournedos rossini. The address is a must in the Opera district, well known to party people, theater, music hall and movie actors, as evidenced by the many autographed photos pinned to the walls.
