Un super resto, avec une cuisine fine et originale et des plats qui changent au fil des saisons. Le service est très pro et agréable.

Davvero un gran peccato, perchè c’erano tutte le condizioni per passare una piacevole serata: location molto bella, servizio eccezionale con cameriera che parlava un inglese perfetto, menu invitante e carta di vini con possibilità di fare diversi abbinamenti al calice (cosa di cui ho approfittato), ma purtroppo si sono persi in un bicchiere d’acqua: il mio secondo piatto, un carrè d’agnello era del tutto immangiabile perchè era al 90% composto di grasso. Di questo piatto ho mangiato solo le verdure e l’ho rimandato indietro praticamente “vivisezionato” in quanto ho provato a cercare la carne ovunque, ma non ve n’era traccia. Ovviamente l’ho fatto presente alla cameriera che si è mostrata molto dispiaciuta dell’accaduto. Continuava a ripertere “I’m very sorry”, e anche al momento del pagamento, quando lei stessa ci ha fatto il conto ha nuovamente ripetutto che era “very sorry” per l’accaduto...talmente “sorry” che il piatto ce l’ha caricato totalmente sul conto! Trovo questo un atteggiamento non corretto soprattutto di fronte ad un cliente che palesemente ha manifestato la sua insoddisfazione e ha rimandato il piatto indierto. Una vera caduta di stile.
E’ un peccato perchè la tartare che avevo preso all’inizio era davvero buona, ma questi gesti raccontano molto di più di tante altre cose…
