An excellent address renowned for the quality of its cuisine. Recently, chef Thomas Fridlund, who we discovered in the neighboring Groupie du Pianiste and also in Martigues in a very fine restaurant, has taken over the reins in the kitchen. While preserving the very essence of Poule Noire cuisine, he brings his expertise in smoking meats and fish at low temperatures and taking his time. A novelty ready to astonish your discerning palates in the form of a unique menu.

La cocina es francesa creativa de temporada: platos con técnicas refinadas pero sabores reconocibles. Probamos un ceviche ligero, un tartar hecho a mano bien aliñado y un risotto con productos del día. Los postres, especialmente el fondant de chocolate con praliné, fueron lo mejor del día.
La carta de vinos es variada, con varias opciones por copa, incluye algunos clásicos franceses y alguna joya española. El trato fue muy atento, profesional y cercano; nos explicaron cada plato con entusiasmo.
Un restaurante excelente para una cena especial, moderna, con platos bien pensados y un ambiente elegante pero relajado. Totalmente recomendable.
