A new stall in the Grand Halles in the Old Port, devoted entirely to seafood, with tapas and ceviches.
The Grandes Halles in the Vieux-Port is making news again and again, with the opening of a new shop a few weeks ago. Sardine is a counter dedicated to ultra-fresh fish in all its forms. Grilled, snacked or raw in the form of ceviche, you'll find tantalizing proposals beautifully presented in the window to whet your appetite. And there's no duplication with the shellfish shop, since the two offerings complement each other well. I particularly like the homemade sardine rillettes, with their fresh mouthfeel.
