Marjorie and Adrien have been running this farm since 2012. Initially producers of red fruit, they planted an orchard from which they harvest the fruit when ripe. They freeze the fruit just after picking, to be transformed throughout the year into jams cooked in a cauldron. They also grow aromatic plants, saffron, thyme, rosemary, verbena and sage, dried and infused to make syrups without preservatives or colorants. Also delicious fruity sorbets. Tip: Pick your own berries in season!
