Constant arrivals, guaranteed freshness and a superb selection of top-quality shellfish, oysters and crustaceans from near and far! That, in a nutshell, is the credo of this shucker with Olivier at the helm. Enjoy platters of seafood and shellfish, ready-made or to order, home-made paella and aioli, and selected delicatessen products (bottarga, caviar, etc.). An added bonus: the terrace, where events are organized. We're sold on the concept without the slightest hesitation, for the quality of the products and the warm welcome.
