Gréasque is home to CALICABO, an arts and crafts workshop. CALICABO's pieces are made entirely by hand, in meditative silence. Mainly turned on a potter's wheel, they are then fired in an electric kiln. After the first firing, the pieces are glazed one by one with several passes of different glazes, then fired a second time. Each piece is unique, revealing surprises when the kiln is opened. Firing stoneware and clay in general is a complex process that demands humility and creates unique creations.
