The oil of Jean-Philippe Montagard is regularly praised at the General Agricultural Competition in Paris, but also praised by lovers of the green gold of the Vallée des Baux. Produced from typical varieties of the terroir (grossane, aglandau, salonenque and verdale), olive oils are stamped PDO Vallée des Baux de Provence and comes in two varieties: the green  with more herbaceous taste, and the black with flavours of ripe olive. Jean-Philippe Montagard and his wife Chantal also offer an organic version of their oils. But also green and black tapenades, pulp of green olive with basil and with tomato.

VIGNOBLES BENOIT

Sale of wines and spirits

Fabrice is driven by a love of the land passed on to him by his father, André, which naturally led him to the practice of organic farming (his certification dates back to 1998). If the 30 hectares of vineyards of the Costebonne estate are located in Eygalières, the family also owns 13 hectares in Orgon (Val de l'Oule estate) and 24 hectares in Saint-Rémy (mas de Longchamp). Three domains, three appellations: AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, IGP Alpilles, and vin de Pays des Alpilles. You can find them at the Cave de Longchamp.

CHEZ EMILY

Regional grocery cheese and cream shops

Emily is a sparkling young woman who has turned her little store on rue de la République into the temple of cheese. You can find goat's milk cheese, Termignon blue cheese, tomme with blueberry flowers... the choice is quite impressive. In addition, Emily has a gift for presentation: she always adds fresh flowers and dried fruits to embellish the cheeses. She even makes pièces montées! It seems that the English actor Hugh Grant has a habit there, but shhh! In any case, without being icons of the cinema, we really liked it.

MARCHÉ

Market

The markets of Provence, with their colorful accents, their flowery smells, and the gossip of the shopkeepers, are all clichés that attract thousands of tourists every year. The market of Eygalières is no exception. It is a very small market, but so typical that one can walk there by simple pleasure. Of course, it will be the occasion to fill up with fruits and vegetables of season proposed by the local producers. You can also find clothes, flowers and lots of gourmet ideas.
