While Sandrine Hamel has shown flair by setting up shop opposite one of the city's most visited monuments (the Espace Van Gogh), she has above all demonstrated remarkable expertise. Whether it's with her ice creams, with flavors as varied as they are appetizing, her sorbets, her pressed fruit juices or her milkshakes, the boss is a delight! She even continues to create: for those who are put off by milkshakes, she has launched "splash", a sorbet mixed with sparkling water. A brand name that couldn't be more appropriate.
