Whether it's with her ice creams, with flavors as varied as they are appetizing, her sorbets, her pressed fruit juices or her milkshakes, the boss is a delight! She even continues to create: for those who are put off by milkshakes, she has launched "splash", a sorbet mixed with sparkling water. A brand name that couldn't be more appropriate.
