The bakery of Didier Milhau, along the secondary road that connects Saint-Martin-de-Crau to Arles, is the must see of the workers of the dawn or the lovers of fresh leisures. The sign, which officiates under the brand Caractère de Pain, raises the curtain at six o'clock every day (except on Wednesday, day of break of these artists of the good taste), and you can bite in a still hot baguette or a real croissant with butter before the sun took its place in the azure camarguais. But those who don't fit in their home only at sunset can be reassured: the curtain of the shop is lowered only at 20h (19h on Sunday). Moreover, the bakery has a small terrace where it is good to nibble some pastries accompanied by tea, coffee or chocolate.
