Today, the site houses offices dedicated to the cultural and heritage industries, as well as exhibition halls.
On the Hauture hill, the site of the Saint-Césaire enclosure now houses offices dedicated to the culture and heritage industries, as well as exhibition and concert halls.
In November 2003, the first shovels of the project unearthed the remains of the first settlement of the Church of Arles. In the 6th century, St. Caesarius, one of the most important bishops of Arles, founded a convent here. At the end of the 19th century, new buildings were erected to house an asylum, which gave way to the current project around 1980.
