A beautiful hotel with spacious upstairs rooms near the centre of Arles.
The rooms are spacious and well decorated, bright and equipped with all the modern comforts: Wifi, reversible air conditioning, with irreproachable soundproofing. They are all part of an eco-responsible approach and are located on the first floor. They are accessible either by a magnificent monumental staircase or by the elevator. Some rooms are fully adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The bathrooms are also equipped with large volumes and are very functional.
The reception is perfect and the staff, pleasant, will offer you a multitude of services: national and international press, breakfast in room, laundry service...
A very beautiful hotel, in short, located very close to the city center, amenities and the most beautiful sites to visit.

The one receptionist on duty seems to be required to be a jack of all trades providing all assistance required from receiving guests, sorting out issues in your room and attending to issues at the wellness centre.
The breakfast is quite good and had fresh orange juice which was wonderful. The staff for breakfast also seemed short staffed as items on the buffet would run out and it would take a while before the staff noticed and replenished on time as they were juggling a lot of things. This could easily be solved if the hotel increased the staff complement to avoid having customers having a compromised experience.
The room was overall really good and the one I booked had complimentary bar service which was great and convenient.
The jacuzzi wasn’t warm due to technical issues which was disappointing and when I tried the steam room it also seemed to have technical issues.
Let the water run for a while longer than you’d expect in order to get hot water.
Overall if they increase the staff compliment and attend to the technical issues it’s a really great place and very well located! I would definitely come back!

Servizio: Posso dare opinioni solo per quanto riguarda il servizio della cena e devo dire che non è sufficiente.
Prezzo: Giusto.
Cibo: Non consigliato per gli italiani.
Luogo: Purtroppo non è il massimo, la vista non è piacevole.
Opinione personale: sono venuto in gita con la scuola e devo dire che per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più.
Il cibo come detto in precedenza non sembrava quasi commestibile a causa della poca cura con cui lo facevano.
Per il resto l'hotel era pulito e tenuto bene anche se i bagni senza bidet non hanno senso.
Consiglio ad una clientela non italiana.
