A beautiful hotel with spacious upstairs rooms near the centre of Arles.
The rooms are spacious and well decorated, bright and equipped with all the modern comforts: Wifi, reversible air conditioning, with irreproachable soundproofing. They are all part of an eco-responsible approach and are located on the first floor. They are accessible either by a magnificent monumental staircase or by the elevator. Some rooms are fully adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The bathrooms are also equipped with large volumes and are very functional.
The reception is perfect and the staff, pleasant, will offer you a multitude of services: national and international press, breakfast in room, laundry service...

Le bar et le restaurant fermés un samedi soir...
RAS côté accueil et propreté.
La suite est très bien, les enfants ont leur coin il y a un salon c'est très bien !
Seul point négatif de l'hôtel c'est le restaurant inexistant, impossible d'avoir une date de réouverture comme s'il n'existait pas pour les particuliers. Il a l'air destiné aux groupes et rien d'autre.
Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffets sont top.
La piscine était en travaux, dommage car nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et les 4 étoiles.
Je pense sincèrement que vous devriez faire un effort sur les services car c'est important pour la clientèle.
Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour, le personnel ( peu qu'il soit) est top, gentil et souriant. C'est très agréable !
