Le Cochon qui fume is a beautiful establishment ideally located in the center of Arles. The decor is magnificent, and the welcome extremely friendly and professional. As for the cuisine, it's a palmares of flavors, an enchantment for the taste buds! Corsican, Italian and Mediterranean products. The garlic-grilled focaccia as a starter was divine, the famous Pièce de cochon confit au miel du maquis puis fumée was exceptional, and the babamisù for dessert (whaou Flo's desserts) just divine! This is one of those establishments where you can choose your next menu in advance!
