Local dishes, local specialities in an authentic restaurant in Arles.
Chez Bob is the home of Jean-Guy and Josy Casello, alias Ninou or Ninette! The owners have made this authentic and colourful place into an institution. You really have the impression of being invited to a friend's house. In the plate, local specialities of course. Starters as much as you like (anchoïade, charcuterie and poutargue) and local dishes: bull's rib, duck breast, quasi lamb... always grilled over a wood fire, whether in winter in the fireplace or in summer on the shady terrace. A must-see!
