Petit futé's favorite family-run confectionery in the heart of Allauch village, producing nougats, lollipops and cookies.

It all began with a promise Sébastien made to his grandmother: to perpetuate his grandparents' know-how and continue to produce exceptional confectionery in the workshop in the heart of Allauch. A story that began in 1937 and will continue with the opening of the boutique in 2019. At the head of the project are Sébastien, Marie-Laëtitia and their son Hugo. A member of the Collège Culinaire de France, the confectioner produces black and white nougats, chiques, honey suckers, honeys, gingerbreads and Provençal cookies. New: artisanal white nougat and honey-sugar ice creams.

Une petite pépite au milieu du village d'Allauch. Les produits sont aussi bons que ce que la boutique est jolie et le personnel adorable. Si vous aimez le miel et le nougat, allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Accueil formidable. Serviables,souriants. C'est tellement agréable. Du nougat était également en dégustation. Il est d'ailleurs délicieux. Mon préféré..le blanc à la pistache ????

Boutique découverte il y a peu mais nous allons y revenir régulièrement. Les produits y sont goûteux, originaux ou traditionnels et peu sucrés (pour du nougat),ce qui fait ressortir encore plus le goût du produit. Assurément un vrai coup de cœur en y allant. Les personnes y sont agréables, prennent le temps de discuter si on s'intéresse, franchement bravo. Seul bémol, on ne peut pas mettre 6 étoiles
