Noé is the youngest son of this Franco-Dutch family who has been trying to develop a healthy and sustainable diet for 25 years: a beautiful organic and traditional bakery that smells good and is transparent: 4 organic certification labels! You can find all kinds of bread, the traditional baguette but also sourdough bread, natural bread, small spelt bread, cereals... The pastries are homemade, beautiful and crunchy, mille-feuille, chocolate, lemon meringue pie, chocolate or praline éclair. Also salads and bowls for lunchtime snacks, everything is fresh daily. 3 other stores in rue d'Italie, Venelles and Le Tholonet.
