Here's a complete address! Le Novo opens at 7 a.m. - with its bistro-style dining room and covered sidewalk terrace - to serve coffees and breakfasts complete with pastries, toast and freshly squeezed fruit. From 11:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., tables are set for lunch with the dish of the day, large original salads such as corne d'abondance (brick pastry, scallops and cherry tomatoes on a bed of lamb's lettuce and vanilla cream), octopus salad on a bed of onions preserved in balsamic vinegar or fresh pasta (delicious caramel-walnut-gorgonzola linguini) and friendly wines by the glass. With a wine-bar style menu (40 references), regional wines are represented and products are fresh and in season. The desserts are homemade, and the café gourmand is perfect with its mignardises. The atmosphere is just the right amount of hip. Then it's on to happy hours, with pints of beer and soft drinks at low prices. In the evening, it's time for the tapas restaurant (from 6.30pm)! On Saturdays, the party goes on until 2 a.m. with the Novo aperomix.
