Restaurant offering creative bistronomic cuisine and a fine selection of wines in the heart of Nice's antique district

Located in the heart of the antiques district, Rouge stands out for its numerous hors d'oeuvre plates to share and over 600 finely selected wine references. Squid a la plancha, razor clams with parsley, Oxpi's Ibaiama pork belly and fried chicken karaage are all served in a resolutely bistronomic style, with plenty of creativity on offer to fully satisfy gourmets. Most of the wines are biodynamic and come directly from the winemakers. An address of choice!

Absolutely fantastic menu, food quality, and service. Our server, Julien, was helpful, pleasant, and charming. We had a wonderful experience here at Rouge in Nice and would recommend any and all to come and experience the food and the vibes!
