Since 1828, it is one of the best chocolate shops in the city. Alexandre Gely, member of the Relais Desserts association, delights us with his creations. In the chic red and black boxes, compose assortments of chocolate bonbons with original pralines and ganaches. Untie the ribbon and enjoy. Fink has created a library of bars to help us learn more about chocolate and the flavors of the bean. The chocolatier even goes a step further with mouth-watering pastries that can also be tasted on site in the tea room.
