The master pastry chef favors local producers whenever possible: for flour, strawberries, milk and eggs. He also uses less sugar and butter in his recipes to preserve the natural taste and authentic aromas of his products. Taste their organic breads, baked on natural sourdough in a wood-fired oven. Some say he makes the best viennoiseries in Poitiers! Nothing less! And it's true that their products leave no one indifferent: they're beautiful, they're good, and they're finger-licking good!
