This 85-hectare farm is run by Emmanuelle and her cousin Arnaud, who raise 160 dairy goats. These affectionate, curious and fragile animals live at the goat farm all year round, in a bright, airy and spacious space. You can watch them being milked every evening at 5.30pm. Fed exclusively with forage grown on the farm (hay, alfalfa, clover), the goats give good milk that makes good cheeses, sold at all stages of ripening: fresh cheeses with faisselle, logs, chabichous, crottins, tomme, goat-box.

At the end of the road, the fish farm's large ponds are home to salmonids of all sizes. Talbat smoked trout has a long-standing reputation. Winner of the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole in 2024, its flowery taste comes from salting with Guérande salt, smoking with beech wood and a well-kept manufacturing secret. Here, products are processed on site: marinated trout, trout rillettes... For those who like it natural, the breeders will go fishing directly in the ponds.

Roselyne and Jean-François Lidon use elbow grease for their farm. 60 hectares of sunflowers and rapeseed are transformed into this precious golden nectar: oil. 14,000 liters are bottled each year. It is extracted by first cold pressing, the traditional method that allows to preserve the essential nutrients. Visit the farm to understand how it is made, store in the boutique and discover other products of the house: sardines in oil, lentils and chickpeas.

Since 2015, the local producers have their associative store nicely entitled Le bon coin paysan in a 110 m² store. And you can indeed make good deals because the best of the products of the commune are gathered there: cheeses, yoghurts, meats, poultries, fruits and vegetables, wines, jams, soups. You can find everything you need to prepare a good meal from starter to dessert! Seasonal and regional products are a must. There's plenty to enjoy! Each day of opening, a producer is present to welcome the customers.
