Dairy farmers, Mathilde and David Billet decided to join the adventure of La Mémère's artisanal ice creams. After training, they now make their own 100% organic ice creams directly on their farm and transform the milk of their 80 cows into ice creams. The recipes are developed with David Wesmael, Meilleur ouvrier de France glacier. Several flavors are available: vanilla, chocolate, coffee, raspberry or strawberry coulis, salted butter caramel... So, don't hesitate to dip your spoon in their jar!
