Pascal Vollet's reputation extends to the entire department. We come home for his famous chocolats chocolates of the Porte Saint-Jacques or the Gâtine - the latest creations - for the ground of the Poitou (with a tribute to the cow parthenaise) or his ganache to the chocolate praline.
