On the program: an interactive exhibition devoted to the history and production of goat cheese in Poitou, France's ^leading region in this field. A gourmet moment to be extended by a workshop to refine your cheese knowledge, taste and try your hand at making them. Inside, the store sells cheeses from the Sèvres et Belle cooperative, cosmetics and other local products.

This tourist itinerary allows you to discover the key players in the New Aquitaine cheese industry. It features 50 stops, most of them in the Poitou region. The Pays Mellois, cradle of the route, features 8 of them. Visit the producers for a special moment: product tasting, herd visits, milking and, of course, cheese shopping. No doubt you'll cross paths with the emblematic Chabichou and Mothais on the leaf.

The Sèvre-et-Belle dairy has been producing pasteurized and raw goat's milk butters and cheeses since 1983. These products regularly win awards and are distributed worldwide. Based on a number of fundamental principles, the company offers a range of interesting products in both cheese and butter (Baratte d'or, Baratte du crémier...).
