Since 1987, Chez Morille has been serving up the very best of palmipeds. A duck breeder and foie gras producer, Chez Morille is a family-run business where epicureanism rhymes with craftsmanship and quality. Each year, 95,000 mulard ducks are raised for 13.5 weeks in the open air, on 66 hectares of organic meadows, on GMO-free feed. Visit our boutique to stock up on foie gras, fresh produce, spreads and ready-made meals. On site, visit the Canard Académie, a small museum on the history of the duck.

Opening time and information on CHEZ MORILLE
Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Monday to Friday: 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm. Also available in Plaisirs fermiers stores and at markets. Saturday mornings in Saint-Maixent, Poitiers Notre-Dame and Wednesdays in November and December in Parthenay (8am-12pm).

Chez Morille has been a family business based in Auge (79) since 1987. Our farm specializes in the production of foie gras and duck products, while respecting traditions and animal welfare .Our ducks are fed a healthy, 100% natural, GMO-free diet. They areraised in the open air on site, delicately fattened, respectfully slaughtered and cooked at just the right moment. We control every stage of production on the farm!
Our on-farm boutique offers a range ofrange of farm-fresh products such as foie gras, magret, manchons, whole duck, effiloché,marinated aiguillettes and various types of sausage... You'll also find canned products such as rilletterillette, pure duck pâté, duck leg confit, and frozen farmhouse products,including escalope de foie gras. You can discover all these products on ourwebsite. Don't hesitate to order them online!
