This address is first and foremost known for its particularly pleasant views over the estuary and Royan Bay. Le Cardinal is ideally located on the edge of the corniche at Saint-Georges de Didonne. In summer, you'll enjoy sitting by the cliff, while in winter, you can sit in a room with a large fireplace on which to prepare grilled meats. The welcome is pleasant, the service up to scratch and the dishes feature the ocean. Starters include special No. 3 oysters, a seafood platter (almonds, whelks, clams, shrimps) or Cardinal-style marinated salmon. The rest of the menu continues in the same vein: wood-grilled whole sea bass, beurre blanc cod or pan-fried monkfish leg. If you're looking for something other than fish, don't worry, the restaurant also offers seared veal grenadin with Madeira sauce.

La serveuse, qui pourtant paraissait très professionnelle, a fait de plates excuses, et bien minimisé cet incident, en m’apportant une autre petite assiette de carpaccio, sans me demander si je le souhaitais.
Avez-vous conscience que cet incident aurait pu entraîner de graves conséquences ?
