With this new establishment in the heart of Ustaritz, lovers of seafood and grilled fish will not be disappointed. Such specialized restaurants are rare in the inland Basque Country, and that's something to celebrate. A warm and inviting dining room with an indoor counter, where you can start by enjoying a local white wine, or on the terrace with a few Marennes oysters. You'll appreciate the southern-style cuisine, using local produce (the owner, from Montpellier, worked at Albert's in Biarritz). Octopus a la plancha, cod, sea bream... only the freshest!

Le meilleur poulpe jamais mangé ! Si vous aimez, arrêtez vous, vous ne serez pas déçu ! De plus, le patron est d’une gentillesse incroyable, comme on n’en fait plus. Raison de plus pour faire un petit détour sur Ustaritz pour aller à la rentrée de Chez Poulpe !

Superbe découverte à Ustaritz....et c'est un Uztariztar "d'origine" qui vous le dit!
Nous y avons déjeuné à deux reprises, fin décembre et début janvier, sans réserver.
Les plats de poisson sont très frais, savoureux et bien dressés, et les desserts excellents.
Accueil très aimable, décoration très réussie.
Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Très belle découverte, mets raffinés et originaux. Accueil chaleureux et équipe à vos petits soins.
Je conseille vivement ce resto qui sort de l’ordinaire dont la spécialité est le poisson. Je suis impatiente d’y retourner quand je serai dans le coin.

Une très belle surprise pour cette soirée de réveillon avec un menu raffiné (foie gras, poisson, dos de cailles), servit avec un excellent timings et une équipe super sympathique, le tout dans un restaurant superbe et bien décoré.
J’ai également beaucoup apprécié l’humour du patron.
