With this new establishment in the heart of Ustaritz, lovers of seafood and grilled fish will not be disappointed. Such specialized restaurants are rare in the inland Basque Country, and that's something to celebrate. A warm and inviting dining room with an indoor counter, where you can start by enjoying a local white wine, or on the terrace with a few Marennes oysters. You'll appreciate the southern-style cuisine, using local produce (the owner, from Montpellier, worked at Albert's in Biarritz). Octopus a la plancha, cod, sea bream... only the freshest!

Une tres belle surprise! Malheureusement il n'y avait plus de tournedos de canard pour mon conjoint. N'étant pas un grand fana de poisson, il s'apprêtait malgré tout à se rabattre sur les gambas mais le chef a su s'adapter et lui a proposé une entrecôte. Nous nous sommes régalés tous les 2(moi avec mes gambas et lui avec son entrecôte ????), assiettes copieuses et délicieuses. Le tout servi assez rapidement et avec une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Cuisine excellente avec des produits frais de qualité . La cuisson des encornets et poulpe à la plancha est très réussie . Les propriétaires sont charmants très bon accueil .vous êtes assurés de passez un agréable moment. Nous reviendrons assurément. Merci .

Improbable mais vrai ! Du poulpe à Ustaritz. Et délicieux ! Évitez les attrapes-touristes sur la côte et laissez vous tenter par ce petit restaurant d’Ustaritz. Ça peut surprendre, je l’ai été et de la plus belle des manières. Le meilleurs poulpes jamais mangé. Et le chef au petit soin de ses clients ! Bref, aucune hésitation, venez voir par vous même !
