Inn where the chef concocts recipes from the Basque Country with fresh local products.
Known for its simple, good and local gastronomy, the inn works only with fresh and local products. Prepared by the Master Restaurateur Jean-Marie Pigué, the cuisine whets the appetite. It must be said that the chef cultivates recipes that are the honor of the Basque Country: according to the season, shrimp pan, sea bass filet with virgin sauce, grilled duck breast, poultry juice with the scent of undergrowth, duck confit and finally, homemade desserts; homemade chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream, crème brûlée with the flavor of the moment.

Restaurant très agréable, les plats étaient très bons et les propriétaires Jean-Marie et Solange étaient adorables et vraiment accueillants, nous avons passé un super moment et nous reviendrons ! :)

Dîner en couple, lors d'un passage dans la région. Accueil chaleureux, patron très agréable.
La carte est variée, produits régionaux, cuisinés avec goût. Très bonne adresse.
