In the heart of the village of Urt, the Auberge de l'Estanquet restaurant and hotel have been renovated in keeping with the culinary traditions of the Basque Country. Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel À notre arrivée tout s'est très bien passé avec la gérante Mais après notre départ La gérante nous a appelé Elle nous a accusé De lui avoir pris 2 vielle serviettes cela était tout à fait faux Car on n'utilise pas Les vieilles serviettes des hôtels Nous avions apporté nos propres serviette Et elle sait facturer Sur notre compte sans aucune autorisation 20 € Pour les 2 serviettes vraiment une personne mal Honnête On s'en souviendra de notre Premier séjour Au Pays Basque merci...

Wir waren am Donnerstag zu Gast und wollten zu Mittag essen. Leider sprechen wir nur mangelhaft französisch und nur ein wenig englisch. Die Servicekraft erklärte uns, dass sie keine Lust habe, deutsch zu sprechen. Ist das bei diesem Job die richtige Haltung? Wir haben uns dann doch mit ihr verständigen können, und anschließend gut gegessen.
Freitag wollten wir auf der Terrasse zwei Milchkaffee trinken. Das ging leider nicht, weil dieser Ort ein Hotelrestaurant und kein Café ist, wurde mir von der Dame vom Vortag gesagt. "Der Kunde wählt mit den Füßen!"
