In the heart of the village of Urt, the Auberge de l'Estanquet restaurant and hotel have been renovated in keeping with the culinary traditions of the Basque Country. With talent and simplicity, the chef develops a cuisine based on local produce. Authentic dishes featuring seasonal produce. An alliance of land and sea with hake in Vizcaya sauce, Basque black pudding with 2 apples; and desserts with an assortment of Gasna (Basque cheeses) and black cherry jam, orange tiramisu and Koka (Basque caramel flan). Vegetarian plates.

J'ai juste fait une pause déjeuner avec mon mari, le lieu est paisible, manger sous les arbres, au frais et au calme, la carte est simple, mais terriblement efficace et bien maîtrisé, le couple est charmant.....et que dire des assiettes, un enchantement que l on s est même partagé....bref foncez et pensez à réserver pour toutes occasions dans le coin.....d ailleurs nous on y retournera...
