Read moreThis restaurant is ideally located next to the sandy beach of Vergnes, a beautiful sand between cliffs and forest. The hotel was very clean and the room was clean. If the sun is not at the meeting, take a seat in the room which offers a very «girly» atmosphere. We gladly mood fine oysters, but also a carpaccio beef carpaccio or a perigordian salad with walnut oil. The dishes are rich, carefully presented and prepared with fresh ingredients, and bear witness to of the of duck magret, Milanese steak or sole meunière. Before a walk on the beach, it is good to eat a chocolate fluffy or a strawberry cup.
