This restaurant enjoys a particularly pleasant location, in the heart of the Port des Salines. This natural setting is ideal for a delightful tasting experience. What a pleasure it is to sit on the terrace of this former oyster shack and breathe in the iodized air or, on hot summer days, enjoy the air conditioning in the bright dining room. Déjeuner ce jour sur la terrasse sur pilotis. Vraiment une belle expérience : cuisine très raffinée, audacieuse et goûteuse. Vue sur les marais paisible et agréable. Service impeccable, avec personnel aimable. Je recommande !!

Tout est toujours très bon. En revanche quand il fait très chaud dans la salle on ne déguste pas les plats de la même façon. Il faisait vraiment trop chaud c est dommage.
