The Ile de Ré is a land of flavors, renowned for its fleur de sel, potatoes and vineyards. An ancestral activity, vine-growing on the island benefits from a temperate climate and plenty of sunshine. To find out more about the wines, you can visit this cooperative, open all year round, which offers a guided tour of the distillery and cellars before tasting wines and pineaux. There are two ways to discover the vineyards: by bike (not supplied) or on horseback (1h30).

Visite suivie d une dégustation hier 7/10 animé avec humour par Stéphane (je crois). Rapport qualité-prix des vins/ cognac correct. Très agréable moment passé en famille.

For some really good (biological) wine ye need to visit Vigerons de L'Ille de Re. The have great Redline (my favorite) very good White wine and an excellent Cognac. Go and try for yourself

Nous sommes initialement venus pour une visite mais nous nous sommes trompés de date et avons été simplement redirigé vers la dégustation. Celle ci est gratuite et très complète avec du vin blanc, du vin rouge, du mousseux, du pineau et même du cognac. La personne qui nous a accueilli pour la dégustation était très agréable. N'hésitez pas à y aller en cas de pluie ou non!
