The Halles de La Rochelle are well known to gourmets. You can find fresh and quality products such as Roumegous oysters. Raised in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus, between Marennes and Oléron, they are the fruit of an ancestral know-how, that of a family of oyster farmers who have been doing the same thing for 7 generations.
