You'll find him at various markets in La Rochelle: La Pallice on Sunday mornings, Port Neuf on Thursdays and at his L'Houmeau premises on Friday mornings. The welcome is warm, and the selection varied, with, among other things, speciality cheeses made with truffles (homemade). Xavier and his wife focus above all on quality, and also offer platters.
