This is where Jean-Vincent Houdelette works, a passionate craftsman who creates his own recipes using cocoa beans from his family's plantation in the Dominican Republic. The result is delicious, as evidenced by the cocoa nibs and tablets beautifully wrapped in colorful packets, which reveal so much flavor from the very first bite. The family business controls the entire production chain, carefully selecting its ingredients and developing each recipe without adding preservatives.
