A Renaissance garden from 1984 that became public three years later, offering a bucolic, relaxing and playful break.
The people of La Rochelle are in luck: they can take a bucolic break in the magnificent Parc Charruyer, where afternoons are spent relaxing and playing. But La Rochelle also hides smaller spaces such as the Maison Henri II. Built in the mid-16th century, this Renaissance dwelling was acquired by the town in 1984. Visitors come here to take a break in the heart of the city and admire the rich architecture.
