SPASAD (SOINS A DOMICILE)

The SPASAD (Multi-purpose service and Home Care Service) is a structure that has enabled the French Mutuality of Charente-Maritime to reconcile the project of a mutual company built around the person and an efficient mode of organisation. The medical staff of this service care for the elderly in their homes and also some persons with a disability. Household helpers, homeworkers and carers make up teams to accompany them on a daily basis and trained nurses are responsible for care.
