During its renovation in 1990, this former fish market dressed its beautiful white stones in steel and glass. Theater, dance, music: the programming of La Coursive shows an eclecticism that rhymes with quality. The "small" theater Verdière alone symbolizes the spirit of the place, with 385 seats, it offers a proximity between the stage and the public. Since 2018, La Coursive has been getting closer to the Coupe d'Or theater, sharing no less than 11 shows in common and setting up free buses to discover them.

Lors de votre sejour a La Rochelle n'hesite pas a regarder la programmation riche et variée .L'accoustique ,le confort ,le cadre font de ce lieu Culturel une Petite perle a La Rochelle...Petit bemol (tout petit) le public peut etre un peu "intello coincé".
