The vast terrace, with its chic, relaxed lounge atmosphere, is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail. George's is a restaurant, wine cellar, cocktail bar and breakfast venue all rolled into one. The eclectic, modern menu features quality local produce, especially seafood. Valet parking is available in front of the establishment every lunchtime.

Tout simplement divine !
Nous sommes venus samedi midi, un très bon accueil, dans un cadre magnifique juste au bord du port.
Le service était plutôt efficace, en entrée une faisselle avec des légumes et des fruits dresser sublimement, multicolore, digne d'un tableau, quant au goût : croquant et surprenant.
Ensuite, la volaille était délicieusement tendre accompagnée de boulgour et d'une sauce... Exquise !!
Pour terminer le riz au lait : subtil, délicat, léger. Bref un régal du début à la fin.
Le chef Jeffrey est venu se présenter à la fin, nous avons pu échanger, c'est un homme d'une humilité, d'un savoir-faire, d'une gentillesse et d'une culture remarquables !
Je recommande chaudement.

De bien loin le meilleur restaurant de Saint Martin! Le chef qui vient d’arrivé prépare des plats complètement fou et délicieux! (Les pâtes aux homards, le st Pierre rôti !!) l’équipe est au petit soin. Vraiment une super découverte!

It’s a lovely terrace with great views. Ok the drinks are a lot more than anywhere else in Saint Martin and with the view and ambience that would be ok - it’s just that the service, or lack of it is terrible. It was in June and again this weekend. A shame as it’s a lovely spot for a drink.

Last year, my husband took me to George's to celebrate my birthday. This year, we came back with our son and his partner who also shares a birthday close to mine, so we could celebrate again together. It is a testiment to the hotel, the chef and the team that the quality of food and service remains impeccable. Crusty prawns as an accompaniment to the aperitif, oysters and caviar and a succulent tornedos. All were perfect. This is one of my favourite restaurants and certainly one of the best places in terms of elegance and quality, on Ile de Re.
